Mistakes that kill interviews

• Using "Responsible for" or "Worked on" — recruiters skim and these add zero signal. Start with a measurable verb.
• Listing every technology you've ever touched. 15 to 20 core skills is the sweet spot; more signals that none is deep.
• No numbers. "Improved performance" is invisible. "Cut build times 8 min to 90s" is not.
• Single-page at FAANG for senior roles. Two pages is fine if bullets are dense; recruiters expect more detail above SDE-II.
