Business Analyst Resume Guide 2026

BAs live at the seam between business and engineering. Show you translate ambiguity into specs that ship.

A business analyst resume should connect analysis to decisions. Show the requirement you clarified, the process you improved, and the measurable result (cost, cycle time, revenue), name your tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI, Jira), and prove you translate between business and technical teams — the core of the role recruiters screen for.
